After looking on your website and studying your background of ideologies. I found it interesting to franchisee your brand.

I have always wanted to open my own restaurant with a speciality of good food, and now I would like to take the chance. I would like to open a Subway restaurant in Silkeborg, Denmark because there is a big interest in Silkeborg for good food.

Silkeborg is a town with a population of 55.000 people, it doesn’t sound that many, but we already have a Mac Donald’s, which is nominated to be the prettiest Mac D in Denmark. Silkeborg is a beautiful town with a beautiful nature and it is the hometown of cars in Denmark, which have a lot of tourism each year. That why Silkeborg is the perfect spot for Subway restaurant.

I am seventeen years old. I am studying on Silkeborg Business School, where I will end my examination in summer 2010.It is a 3 years scholarship which is called HHX (Higher Commercial Examination), where we are studying English, German, sales and marketing, mathematic etc. My favourite subjects are sales, marketing and mathematic.

I have been working in a restaurant called “Den Blå Paraply” for 2 years, this work experience have given me a huge insight into the restaurant business and haw it works. I enjoyed to work there and I learned very much from my work place.
